Despite the calls for a major market correction, housing seems to be in a very stable situation, in balance between buyers and sellers.

It is our good fortune to have a number of real estate professionals in Burlington, Oakville, Dundas and Ancaster whom are real friends to our company. Each is saying similiar things, that while not red hot, the housing market is still strong.

So when is a good time to buy a house? Right now!
